Commotion started as a direct answer to the traditional video production model.

In the past, you would commission a video production company to make you a video, they would make it and hand it over and then move onto the next project.

We work in quarters instead of projects, working with you to set goals and ROI objectives for your videos, meaning the video you create achieves results. Each quarter we look at how they’ve performed and take the learnings into the next quarter, refining your video output month on month.

We work with you to deep dive on your biggest marketing challenges and goals, we dig into your sales process and your ideal customer so we can create the content that aligns to these goals.

Strategy

Once we have this goal agreed, we come up with ideas for video content that will best achieve this goal as well as building a Linkedin Ad Strategy to qualify, warm up and direct your ideal customers straight to you.

Production

Then we come to you and shoot for 2 days, edit, perfect and then set up all your ads as well as making recommendations on how to use the content organically. We work with you to set the right type of campaign structure and daily budget. Then we monitor this closely and give you monthly reports.

Analyse

Towards the end of each quarter we meet again, running you through the performance before discussing the priorities for the next quarter and refreshing the content taking the learnings from each quarter to refine your approach towards perfection.

Organic Approach

This approach is perfect if you want to build out your brands organic presence on your site, Linkedin and beyond before running ads. We still work with you on the strategy up front to make sure any video we create aligns to your overall goals but we don’t run these as ads on Linkedin.

LinkedIn/Ad Campaigns Approach

If you’re looking to drive towards a very specific goal, such as client acquisition, recruitment, awareness of a new service, or testimonials amongst other things, then we can not only produce the content aligned with your goals outlined in the strategy sessions, but we can create a Linkedin Ad campaign and manage the whole process for you.

There are two main approaches we can take. If you’re new to making video and want to build a set of foundational video assets, the organic approach is probably best. If you are more focused on Lead generation and client acquisition then the Linkedin Ad campaign approach is probably for you.
